I am completely mesmerized by the mystical nature of water, and in an altogether refreshing way. I find it quite charming that our relationship continues to ascend to depths (yeah i said that) which quite literally blow my mind...or is it my heart? Well, it's easily both and a whole lot more, which often leaves me drowning in states filled with laughter and awe, joy and wonder.
This powerfully mysterious 'being' that transmutes, transforms, and transmits~ constantly flowing in and out of this vessel I dance thru life from within. A most recent 'shift' in our relating has been unexpected, humbling, and transformative. It's just one of the reasons i absolutely freakin' LOVE my life!
I could go on and on...and likely will in some fashion at a later time...but suffice it to say that I love me some H2O - HARD!
So you can imagine how fortunate I feel to have spent a lifetime immersed in the ocean, riding her waves. It's a love affair which continues to expand and deepen my experience of self, and contributes immeasurably to my creative process.
This latest collection of songs is very much a continuation of my first release. Same tempo, vibe, and point of inspiration - the full moon setting at sunrise. It's a profoundly magical experience for me...filled with a grace and presence that continues to soothe and caress my life and expression.
